  EXCELLENT! We booked a 49 seater coach for a sports event and Travel Masters made it the best trip ever in every way. They arrived on time in a brand new coach which was extremely comfortable. Our driver, Simba, couldn't do enough for us and made us all for welcome. Very well priced too! I would highly recommend and we will be using them for all our future trips. Thanks Travel Masters x

  What a complete shambles of a company, we ordered a 16 seater luxury coach which happend to be for 8 people, this was confirmed quite clearly on the acknowledgment as a 16 seater, this was for a trip out to Lytham for the festival on the promenade.
  We wanted the space so we could enjoy the journey without being all scrunched up in an 8 seater with 2 in the front and the 6 of us in the back.
  We were quoted £250 for the 16 seater, which we were very happy with, only to find that at 16.45 on Friday they had contracted the job out an 8 seater and clearly pocketed the difference between what we had paid and the cost to them of the 8 seater.
  When we called we spoke to Christine who coulnd't care less what we'd booked other than there was actually 8 seats to get us there and back.
  I cannot beleive the way we were treated and could have booked the same vehicle for £150 return from a competitor of theirs however we felt between us all it was worth the extra to travel in luxury and with space.
  I would rather walk than use this company in the future, they were very happy to take our money but did not deliver what they were contracted to provide.
